neuspeed race r pretty low and rough.

i noticed with my kyb agx, all the shock settings feel pretty much the same, its noticable, but not by much

I use yellows & Neuspeed race springs. I crank those shocks down to the stiffest setting. My car sticks to the DVP like there is no tomorrow.

Alot of ppl say that about agx's but i felt a difference when adjusting them... it probably depends on the springs your using...

i have agxs... and its a noticeable diff... just set it to soft and start pusing down on your rear and front end and watch it compress... then set it to stiff and watch it not compress... or just a little.

you want a softer ride, don't go with a race spring... neuspeed sport or h& r sport or something... i have h&r race and its a tolerable ride when set to stiff and handling outweighs comfort...anyday!

I like to set my koni yellows to a setting where if I hit a bump the car will bounce right back and not feel like i'm on a wave. That doesn't necessarily mean it has to be on the stiffest setting tho cause then it could get pretty violent. But it would depend on your spring rates I think. Also, you have to accept that with a stiffer spring the ride quality will no doubt go down. Performance > Comfort.
