Color?

Koni Red are non-adjustable I don't think and Koni Yellow are adjustable, have auto dampening and can even be length adjusted.

At least to my understanding.

Regards,
OK

yellows are more stiff. Reds are perfect if you were looking to replace OEM but for performance go with the yellow

right now i have reds....and they are amazing.... but next season i'll be getting the yellows.

this is my situation, i have a 2001 civic LX sedan...the suspension is stock but the ride quality is horrible since the day 1 i picked up my car. now i am ready to make some changes to improve the ride quality. like every time i drive pass an uneven road, the whole car will jump and it doesnt feel good at all. so i went to speedtech and the guy said changing the springs would achieve what i want. so i told my friend and he said changing to eibach springs wont do it, i must also change the shocks as well. another friend told me to go with ground control coilover but i have friends said it's worst than the stock setup. so what do u think i should do? any 7th gen owner have experience similar problems?

Get a quality set of spings such as Eibach and some adjustable shocks such as Koni Yellows, KYB's, or Tokico Illuminas. Not sure if these are even available for the 7th gens yet so you might have to wait a while.
