knocking, wrenching noise

I have a 01 civic sedan, I had replaced the front discs, calipers, clips n pads not too long ago, not long after the front passenger brake began to make a wrenching noise as i came to a stop, it seems as though it mainly occurs when the car is operating for more than a few short minutes (long distances)..

aslo,

when turning i'm also noticing a knocking noise, i'm assuming it has to do with an axle or tire rod ?!

anyone with any info or ideas on either problems please let me know, thanks ahead of time..

firstly, pull that brake set apart and see what it might be..anything look loose or overly free floating??
while yer there have a look at the outer cv boot, any rips??

is the "wrenching" noise constant or only under braking?
