Knocking noise coming from wheel well...
Recently I have been hearing this weird knocking noise coming from the front driverside wheel well. It seems to be going at the same speed and my wheel turns.
i.e. While i'm slowing down, the sound gets slower and while i'm accelerating it gets faster.
I can only hear it anytime under 30km/h though.
While I am driving above 30km/h I can't hear it possible because the wheel is turnging so fast I can't notice the noise.
Anyways, the point is I have no idea where to begin looking, anyone have any suggestions?
Also, why is it only coming from that wheel well, is it the ball joint?
Any help appreciated,
Thanks!

sounds like cv joints... i had the same thing...
Just have it checked out soon. if it goes, your car won't be moving anywhere. and if you get it replaced before the boot rips apart and stuff, most places will give you some money off of the new one b/c they can take yours and fix it up again.
so get it changed right away if you're able to and save yourself probably at least $100.
make sure the shop will do that though... the shop i went to did.

Ya, could be CV joints, also a tire wear problem, a broken spring, an out of balance tire, wheel bearings as above, tie-rods, lower ball joints, maybe you just need some lubin', maybe yer wheel nuts aren't torque well enough? could be a whole tonne of problems, not to worry you, but you should have that looked at...

With labour from honda, 250.. taxes in. That is for a rebuilt one. im not sure about the guys with the affiliate dealio, but thats how much it is costing me to get mine done tommorow. My front driverside CV joint has gone, and the balljoint too... im not fixing the balljoint now coz its really only a cosmetical sqweak, but in the end it will be fixed as well.
