K trannies, how are they?
 

I have been doing some research on the new K style, and seems the engines are very nice, but there having problems with the trannies and grinding and syncro problems.

Are these isolated cases or does honda know somethign is up with them? I have heard it is mostly happening on 02 models and the others it seems to be fine.

Anyone with k series want to shed some light on this topic for me?

My friend has a 02 RSX Type S And he has had alot of trouble with transmissions he has had two replaced and is now having trouble with 3rd gear i think its mostly the 6 speed transmissions
that are haveing trouble.

I think it's abuse from all the Mario Andretti's out there. :rolleyes:

I've seen a few people complaining about the k trannies on various websites. So, it seems like they do have some problems?
