K&N FIPK 57-3512?

I'd like to get some opinions on the K&N FIPK 57-3512. Dose anyone have this kit? How loud is it? I'm thinking it only gets loud once you go over 5000 rpm.

Thanks,

No no. I'm not too concerned about the noise. Less noise would be better. Well it's hard to say. I want the appropriate noise if that makes and sense.

I guess it would sound like every other intake out there, if its a shorty it will be louder since its in the engine bay opposed to hidden in the wheel well area

CAI I hear is not good for the engine. I'm sure a lot of people disagree with that. Anyhow I like the traditional intakes.

Well.... Water and other dirt gets into the engine because the filter or whatever doesn't do a very good job as the typical intake systems.
