Just bought JDM SIR big brakes...need help

Just bought JDM SIR big brakes...need help
they are 4th gen SIR and i need to know what brakepads i should buy for them to fit properly... i know the brakes are larger so im not sure if any regualr civic pads will fit

the rears fit fine, but it uses the larger Integra center pin...
the fronts are almost same unit as the integra.......same wheel bearing/pads/disc....as integra...
you will have to cut some threads off the tie rod end.. or otherwise the knuckle will wack out the alignment.
