JDM D15 VTEC WIRING TO P08. Help!!!!!

Hey Everyone... Just in need of some advice. I am installing a JDM D15 in my 1995 CX Hatch. I am running a JDM ECU P08 (Not the U.S Version P28) I just wanted to know how to wire it up. I have everything else wired up and running... just can't figure out how to get the vtec working.

the vtec solenoid goes to pin A4

the vtec pressure switch goes to pin D6
the other wire of the vtec pressure switch gets grounded
