the rocker panal is part of what you crushed by the sound of it. Just use the tow hooks or suspension sub frames for jacking.

The hook in the back is not for towing it is for when the car is on the line to attach it to the conveyor.

My integra had that problem. I jacked it up and crunch. I was really freaked out, but my advise to you is just soak the area with undercoating and find another solid point as a jack point. I owned the car for 1.5 years after that and it didn't get any worse. Plus I had it certified and my mechanic just used another jack point, without saying anything. Your fine.

i reccommend lifting by the rear trailing arms.... they are much safer... mind you i'm welding in solid plates to lift by on MY EF but during a rally i won't have time to look for a jack point... just slide the jack under and quick lift!

There are also tow hooks on either side, at least at the back of my car. I never knew that the hook was for the line though, thats cool

You sure about that?? The hooks are for securing the car during transport or for tow truck drivers to attach the safety cables.
I work on the assembly line and the cars travel on carriers, thats why those little holes on the bottem of the car are there.
