ITR sway bar endlink on a CIVIC

I will be using a ITR 22mm sway bar on my 99 civic hatch with omni power control arms. im also going to be using a ASR subframe kit.

can i use the itr end links that come with the sway bar with the omni LCA or do i need to get some sir endlinks?

some help would be great
thanks

ITR endlinks do not work with EK LCA. I have a set and was planning to use them, but alas...they mount differently where as SIR/RSX-S mount to the side, so they are about 1" shorter on each side.

These are your ITR endlinks right? if so they definately they do not fit.

Sorry for getting a little off track...

Are SiR and RSX-S endlinks compatable, or just of similar design?

SIR is alittle taller and thinner. The RSX-S are shorter and alittle beefier. RSX-S comes with 19mm sway bar which is why I choose it for my 23mm JDM ITR bar. SIR only comes with 13mm same as 1.6EL, so they eventually snap with the larger 22 or 23mm rear sway bars.

So the RSX-S endlinks will pull the ends of the sway bar closer to the LCA?

correct, its probably about close to an inch shorter. Its also beefier. It pulls the ends of the sway bar down just alittle and is what Charleston of ASR recommend when I talked to him about RSX-S or metal helm joint end-links. Don't know if there is any difference, but oh man...when I got the 23mm rear sway back on (used to have a 22mm with Beaks kit) it was amazing.

I got my endlinks for ASR, $82usd shipped to Canada.

I just installed the ASR with OMNI LCR, 22mm ITR rear sway and i'm using the endlinks from a SiR, works great, haven't finished everything yet but it should be on the road by tmr!

Aren't those hollow?

Maybe I'm thinking of something else.

Hollow indeed, but has the strength of a 26mm solid bar (same as Mugen size).

No, this is the ASR kit I am referring to. My plate is ready for 32mm sway bar so I can upgrade anytime.
