ITR LCA on EG

Will the hard wear on a Stock EG LCA/Shock setup, work for installing ITR LCA? or do I have to go to the dealer to buy new nuts/bolts? And are there any Mods neaded for this installation?

depends, show me pics of the control arms. If all the bolts on your current control arms are fine then it will be an easy swap over.

nope they will not work with stock shocks.

all JDM EF/EG/DC/DA all used ITR/88 style LCAs with different type shocks.

USDM cars used fork type shocks which slip over the LCA, while the JDM/ITR setup use shocks which go inside the LCA.

I believe he's talking about the hardware only (ie. nuts, bolts, etc.) and not parts (ie shocks).

Sorry, I can't answer the original question.

Yeah all of the hardware will work. But you should just some new ones. Just that the bolts will be really rusty. I would just some new ones just so later on that you don't have the problem of them seizing on. Remember to put on Anti seize aswell just in case.
