ITR cams on a b16????

I wanted to know what kind of results are expected from installing ITR cams, and if its worth it.
I'm I was looking towards the HP gains but especially what the torque gains may be.
Is it worth it if they're installed into a stock B16 ????
Oh and will it help it to run with an ITR ECU.

thanks in advance

it'll definetely help, but alot of people are saying and have proven that Skunk2 Stage 1 cams are far more effective and produce a fair amount more power for a little bit more money, however having said this, people saying this are people in the states and Skunk2 products seem to be fairly cheaper than Canada (from what I've seen at least).

For guaranteed quality, ITR cams will make you power, but remember to upgrade your valvesprings in the process and get some cam gears too.

I'm not sure if a ITR ecu will be any good because ITR ecu is made for a 1.8 and not a 1.6, your best bet is a CTR ecu (pretty hard to find, and for a pretty big coin too).

I can't provide you any hard factual information on gains of power or torque though through ITR

Best setup with ITR cams would be

ITR cams
ITR intake valve springs (bring the B16A intake springs to the exhaust side)
ITR or Skunk2 intake manifold
ITR or similiar diameter throttlebody
Chipped ECU of some sort

that's bout all I can think of for gains concerning the head Of course exhaust manifold, and the rest of the exhaust setup will help too

Ryuujin is correct about the ITR cams, they are good, but if you can get cheaper Skunk2 Stage 1's, you should get those instead, but the ITR will greatly improve ur powerband.
a good site to check out is honda-tech. they have alot of people running skunk2 stage 1 and itr cams

-> i heard your suppose to do that too, for a better setup.
