intake filters

i was just wondering which filters are better k&n or generic (ractive/tenzo) for hp and sound?

i wouls also like to know this i have a pac mall cai and the cone it comes with seems better than the ractive ones anyone can comment on this?

k&n and green filters flow more air period. There less restrictive.
