Si98 yeah it does make a difference - the lower bar should be preloaded correctly. for the jack, I got the 3.5 ton jack and jack stands from Price Club for $100. Cheap, HUGE, and very sturdy.

Mashimaro, this thread is close to 2 years old... I'm certain Charles has a good jack and stands by now.... he's also got a real hot setup under his car in terms of susp.

As for me, this is mine... 22 mm ITR + Beaks + Tanabe lower brace

no subframe problems but I don't really drive that car, and I still wanna upgrade to an A-Spec racing subframe brace. The Beaks was cheap.... I don't remember, but I got it from their website. The lower tie bar is a SUSTEC/Tanabe Racing Development peice.

i wonder if that "student" who installed my bar and struts at altech will ever get his license...sigh!

i got 2 pairs of michelin 2-tonne jackstand because they were on sale at canadian tire for cheap. no more hiring bimbo grease monkies that charge $70/hr for me anymore !!!!

those aluminum ones are so nice but unfortunately my budget only allowed me to get a normal 2.5 tonne.
