installing cai

does anyone know if aem v2 is a direct bolt-on or any modifications required? could anyone tell me how to install this?

1. Remove your stock airbox, intake piping.(including intake air temp sensor and breather hose)

2. Jack up the front of the car using stands to safely support the vehicle then take off the RF wheel.

3. Remove the inner fender liner as to expose the rest of the intake piping/resonator assembly and associated hardware.

4. Remove the rest of the piping/resonator assembly.(It's big)

5. Following the AEM instructions or using logic fit the V2 system to the vehicle being sure to utilize all provided fasteners and be VERy sure to refit your Intake Air Temperature(IAT) sensor.

6. Using neoprene hose(if not supplied by AEM) and clamps fit breather hose onto valvecover port and port on the V2 air intake.

7. Double check all fasteners, check for clearance/rubbing issues, reinstall fender liner and RF wheel.

Done.
