hey corey, how many wires is your o2 sensor?
autometer has a site that will tell you which wire to splice into, and it sometiems take several minutes on a single wire o2 sensor.

its the white wire, well its only a one wire ecu in the 4th gens...its gonna stay on the rich side until the o2 warms up...and make sure u have a good ground, some people had to go direct to the negative terminal of the battery to get it to work proper also a good clean power source is needed

Well the thing now is that you have cut your o2 sensor wire, if you have cut it at the o2 before the connector, you might need a new o2 now. The o2 sensor reads inside the exhaust but also uses the resistance in the wires before the connector to help its reading. If you have cut the wire in that location it has now changed that reading/resistance and might not be reading properly?!?!?!
