if i was going to do internals for a turbo d16 what would i do?
 
what would i change, im not really an internal guy.....i want to be up to around 15-18 psi

You would defenetly have to lowere your compression, go with forged piston's and rod's.

ive already got a turbo...i wouldnt need to lower my compression again...

get an LS motor (B18B) :D

i don't think its worth building up a sohc -my opinion

just boost it as much as you can on the stock motor :D

they are dime a dozen for $100-$300 (SOHC) :D

some guy on that site built a sohc motor, he plans to make 500 hp at the wheels with it :eek:

je 9.5:1 pistons (or edyne rollerwaves) eagle rods posted block or block guard (block guards are kinda bs but work alright) this is kinda a msut or else the sleeves will crack...a decent p&p (nothign special just a clean up) and some nice engine managment liek a e manage or a halteck or atleast a afc with big injectors...what turbo are you running..?
