I need stiff shyt

ok girls, heres the deal. I need stiff suspension this year, wut i need to ask is do any of u know any springs/coilovers that offer a high spring rate (no less than 10k) for a 90 civic(ef)

Fist thing to pop into my head would be Konis and Ground Control's with custom spring rates.

they sell it at shoppers drug mart, i use it and it works awesome

They have a little issue w/ the EF front end lowering i think...but it's being resolved asap.

yah the omni's dont go that low but thats not an issue cuz i wont be goin that low. But anyway i dont think the omni's are fully adjustable(shock) but thanks for the tip goldbadge never thought of ground control, im gonna think about those

i have skunk 2 raceing coilovers and they are realy stiff like driveing a tank if the road is **** but nice and not bounsy if im on the highway

on stock shocks

I see the suspension bug has bit somebody else...lol

illuminas and my sportlines are gonna be pretty nice, the springs are decently stiff as it is...then no mo bottoming out, SWEET!!!

Ground Control and Koni Yellows, they let you pick any rate you want... I'm running 400lb / 500lb on mine, some guys run as much as 600 / 1000.

i had a Spoon Suspension with 20kg rate springs on them....very nice ride, they were a JDM N1 setup....ur best choice is Full Race Shocks w/ Spoon 15kg springs...
