Chinese Buffet

I need to get my car saftied. I was wondering if anyone knows a place to take it that will just safty PASS it 100% for sure without any hassel if you know what I mean.....

why does everyone want to cheat the system... just fix your damn car so it will pass safety... cause if it wont then your car probably has something wrong with it that should get fixed

I agree... however, I have found mother-phuckers try to rip me off too... like I did the whole safety MYSELF before hand to be sure it would pass... took it to Sears cuz I figured they'd be honest and pass me... next thing I know they are asking $450 for a safety on a 99 Jetta w/ 80K hwy miles. I told them to lick my *****, and next thing I know, it didn't need anything. They still charged me for a brake service which I did only DAYS BEFORE... but it beat paying $450 for a safety :fustrated:

I hate cheating the system too but it seems that I loose in the end even if I follow the system. My reasons are the same as Bar. and this is why I want this kind of safty to be done... I know there is nothing wrong with my car but my insurance insist they need a safty done... totaly not neccessary. I really can't afford to spend alot of $ on possible parts that "did not" pass safty or does not neccessarly need to be changed. Again if anyone can help, please let me know.

Altech does safety for $55... they will not do anything illegal though. if your car is in good shape as you say you have nothing to worry about.
