I need a passenger door
 

I just got into a car accident... and my right side doors are all crushed in. I went to 138 Auto Repair Center and they quoted a price of $1900 to fix everything... but if I get the doors myself, then to pull out the frame would be $300-400... And I called a couple of auto wreckers, and they said the door would be about $300-350, and also my colour, white. Also, my rear right door is dented at the corner, if anyone knows how to knock the dent back out, please contact me asap.
