I need help with my zc

I need some major help my zc dohc will not turn over and i keep getting code 8 witch is TDC now we set the timing and it still won't fire rite is there anyone that can give me a hand on this b/c we have been at this for almost 3 weeks and iam getting pissed rite off

sounds like a crank sensor to me, sounds like teh computer is gettign no reference. Test the crank sensor....

how do i check the crank sensor??

did you splice in all the wires off the zc distributer and run the crank angle sensor etc...did you do the dpi to mpfi conv....

if i was close id come help you out i was having the same problem with mine, ended up being the distributor. and lemme tell you zc distributors are a pain in the ****. i had to get the one i had rebuilt cause i didnt want to splice wires and ****

any questions tho ill do my best to help out

make sure your wires and your disributor cap is good. if its turning over then thats a good sign
