hyrdos vs. lowering springs - help
hey guys.. been doing some shopping and thinking about my suspension set up. which way? the springs/shocks giver a lowered stance and great handling, but no adjustablility (not good considering i'm up north every other weekend)
or air ride set up.. roughly the same price, but i lose some of the hadling/ride comfort.
any insights/suggestions?

well they are pretty close interms of comfort as springs/shocks lose comfort over time. air ride does have that chance of messing up and your done, cars going to bottom out. also its heavy as you have to get the compressors installed. @ autotech the Hybrid Booth was right beside "true plaza" the guys in the caddies with hydro. i spoke with them and he said its for fun but not your everyday thing and plus he said it should be checked all the time. said he wouldn't do it on a honda
BUT, never the less its your choice, others will have different opinions i'm sure

I have heard the same about air suspension. It's not meant for daily driving and that the ride and handling are not very good.
I would just get a decent spring/shock combo that doesn't lower the car too much.
