huge problem in need of serious help!

hey guys well recently my 89 civic has been acting up again heres the what happened and then the problem that began.....

so i parked my car in toronto i took out my ECU cause i will be parked there over night, also put 1 of my kill switches on the one to the fuel pump.

now when i came back into the car and stuck my ECU in and took off the kill switch and tried to start the car and right away engine light comes on now i get my cotter pin and try and read the problem, now the engine light jus stays on permitly and doesnt show any code. now my car wont start finally after pumping the gas a lil the car starts sounds liek ass doesnt run proper and bogging out.

so i drive it around the block and its running ruff i can tell so i get back to my buddies house and i look at my fuel pressure and its at the MAX!! i quickly put my fuel pressure back at whats its pose to be now i know i flooded my motor i can smell the gas.

after that i turned on my car and it will not start at all nothing so i towed it home. now i been trying to figure the problem but i am just stuck.

so parts that i already changed:

dizzy
fuel pressure reg
fuel pump
spark plugs
spark plug wires

now i was wonderin mayb when i took out my ecu i unplugged one of the wires out of my conversion harness obd 0 to obd 1 or that my ECU went all chicken.

im also wonderin if there is a way i can check my ECU and make sure everything is still on what it should be and jus the ecu out of the car not in the car? thanks i know its novel but i will would like some help thanks for looking

well seeign how you flooded it out why not turno it over with the ingition and fuel pump fuse out to get the raw fuel out. put in a know good ecu....check wires...so you got fuel pressure and fuel..? what about spark..?

Does Honda have the flooded setting program into the ecus?

WOT while cranking will shut the injectors off so more air will enter the combustion camber?

^^ no they dont but i wuz thinking that mayb it got confused since i put my kill switch connected to the fuel pump wiring and when i did that it reset my fuel pressure reg when i took out my ECU. put another ecu in and it started after some trouble of turning it over all the time, but it was showing engine lights and it didnt turn off nore did it give a code when i put the cotter pin in and it wuz running the same way my ecu wuz running ruff and bogging out and turning off

also spark is there i took out my plugs and went i see the spark when trying to turn over

and can u guys be a lil more nice im jus a girl i dont know much about flooding

Just a tip but once you get it running make sure you change the oil, it will be full of gas now.
Good luck, I hope it's fixed soon!
