how to port+polish intake manifold and header....b16a1
hi boys ....i have i used 4 2 1 hand made header in my hands
.....is anything i can do to it for better per formance ?(like open the holes litlle or anything else ? with header i will go for ported thortle body ....is anything i can do to intake manifold like polish or what? if do not wort all this tell me to just fit the header and t body.........i decide not to change to regrinded cams becouse of the 10% more fuel they need ...so i now have
chip ....exaust 54 .....opened stock airbox with kn....5 star wires...and spoon head gasket.......
is it anything i forget to do that worth in my b16a1 crx ?

ok yeah polish the intake ... and port match the throttle body and header... (to each other) and take out the chip it's not doing anything for you ... and your air box can go you don't need that if you have a K and N take the K and N and connect it directly to the intake manifold (that won't have a throttle body because the throttle body will be connected to the header)

He's from Greece guys... I'd be hella impressed if one of you two clowns (j/k) spoke greek as well as he speaks english, esp more techical terms like port n' polish... 
amid, why don't you get a club going in your neck of the woods... like southern europe honda club or something. I'm sure you'll get a lot of guys coming out saying... "****... I soup up Hondas too!! Let's hang out!"
