cost of parts or cost of labour?
labour, do it yourself its not that hard if u have a dremel and hand tools.
Parts, you need tranny, shift linkage, shifter, upper MT mount, MT flywheel and flywheel bolts, clutch disc and pressure plate, manual pedal cluster, manual ECU, clutch master cylinder, clutch line (or braided line), slave cylinder.
it all adds up so if your gonna do it you might aswell just do a full B series swap at the same time.

I think you can get away without a pedal cluster and just get the brake pedal, but it will be nicer with the whole cluster as the manual cluster has a smaller brake pedal. I think you also need the lower mount, but the "T" mount around your intake manifold is the same. I'm in the midst of doing this to my 95 right now and there's alot of small parts to collect finally have them all. Vizeta just did this to his ek, so pm him as he has an answer to any question you may have.

I have heard it's somewhere in the $1000-1500 range. I think you would be better of trading in your car for a manual.
