hey have emission machines that are actually ont eh floor..the dyno is part of the floor, at first i was like whoa...tahts prertty dangerous but some are on a slant...whcih i think is wat ur talkinga bout!!

I think Canadian Tire sells a spring lift kit, basically have someone lift the car from the wheel well, you reach in and put this "kit" between the coils, then your friend lets go and voila, the car stays at that height. Repeat on other side.
Depending on how much you need to go up, there are different sizes.
