your shocks are worn out or it is the springs? I can't tell which one it is..probably both with my luck. I dont have funds b/c of school and clucht problems so I ant to make sure I replace the most problematic piece. I car drives really nice and takes corners perfect (except to the right b/c the car doesnt sit level) and there is very little bounce but it hits bumpw pretty hard so I guess it is the shocks that are worn out. Any other ideas? oh ya.. I have H&r springs but they are a few years old and well used.

if there is very little bounce then your shocks are fine. the shocks dont help to smooth out bumps they just stop the springs from bouncing.

i always thought that the shocks absorbed the the bumps and the springs were used to assist the shocks and extend them out again so they can abdorb another bump. thats why i was thinks that it was the shocks that are more worn then the springs
