So the newest update is that I finally got frustrated and took the car to GM dealer for inspection. First $100 didn't find the problem with the motor, so a 2nd diagnostic had to be done. So the second $100 bill found out that there is a crack in head gasket! It lets coolant to pour into the Cylider #1 and also outside of the motor, and thats what makes it chock and stall. They also found out my O2 sensor was done with and changed it for the part price only ($80).

So after a $320 repair bill, the car STILL does the samething! Nothing was fixed! Well they told me that O2 sensor alone MIGHT not fix he problem, and head gasket has to be changed...

So here goes my weekend! Project "lifting the cylinder head" has begun! I'm gonna have to by a Repair manual and get my hand dirty again....!:fustrated

Fawk... I did a head gasket job... it's easy, but expensive. Spent about $500 on parts alone for a Neon, including having the head milled. We did new head bolts, head gasket, intake and exh gaskets, new water pump and timing belt... and I think that was it. Fun job if you're not freezing your ass off
