high speed steering wheel wobbly

high speed steering wheel wobbly
when im driving at high speeds the steering wheel feels loose and almost falln off, it shakes at high speeds, is this normal? high as in 100+ km/hr

i can wobble it back and forth with my pinky at this speed

tires aren't balanced?
alignment?

that's all i can think off... and both have happened to me before...

mine vibrates a tad cuz the rubber balancer on the cv shaft broke loose
