high beam light on cluster wont go off?

Got my new EL and I noticed in my underground that the highbeam cluster light wont shut off. It's dim but when I turn on the high beams then the cluster light goes normally bright...

I have no clue what it could be... maybe a relay? fuse?
Thanks,
-Dom

No, it's telling you that you should turn on your lights because it's dark.

LOL yeah, the highbeam thingy gets it's power through the DRL relay, so when the DRLs are on, the light is dim, but as light levels go down, it becomes more and more visible, telling you to turn your lights on, once you turn the lights on, the DRL lose power, and the highbeam light goes out.
