call HONDA, I'm sure they'd tell you the specs without any problems.

.20 and .25 mm... but why ask us... look on the underneath of your hood, there will be an emissions and tune-up specification sticker that has spark plug type and gap as well as valve lash adjustment settings

Anyways, my specs are correct, question now is which is intake, which is exhaust? LOL .20 is intake, .25 is exhaust I'm pretty sure, but pretty sure doesn't cut it.... are you doing this today? I could check for you later on.

americans

base 10 is too hard for us to understand.

edit: but for those too lazy to look at the other set of numbers on their feeler gauges.
in metric (as per your Helms section 3-2)
in .18-.22
ex .23-.27

oh and sorry, i forgot a decimal in the post earlier.. it should be .008 and .010
i still run mine tighter... but if you go too tight it will affect your idle

yeah, intake 0.20 mm
exhaust 0.25 mm like I said before.... it's now confirmed though as per my emissions sticker.

service tolerence is +/- 0.02 mm

honda manual says

valve clearence

intake =0.18 - 0.22 mm (0.007 - 0.009 in)
exhaust = 0.23 - 0.27 mm (0.009 - 0.011 in)
measured when cold

inspect at 30,000 miles (48,000 km) only.

thats for the D16Y5,Y7,Y8.
