Help--starting problem

I just got back from vacation today, and found that my 2000 Integra has difficulty starting. The car has been sitting idle for 2 weeks, and has never had this kind of problem before.
The lights come on, and the engine is cranking, but makes a coughing kind of sound. I re-tried a couple times, but no luck. When I try the ignition on the accessory position, the check engine light, oil light, and battery light are illuminated. There is a full tank of gas.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
