help need..not getting any power

alrite so heres the deal:

i recently swap in a 94 ls motor into my eg about a week ago in my garage... i have pluged in just about everything but im not getting any power from the battery(i checked it and it has full power)...as for the plugs that arent pluged in i dont have a dash in so i know some of the plugs go there... i even tried jump starting it but it still did not work. i also tested every fuse and they are all fine.. i have even tried testing all the wires with a micro meter to see if maybe one of the wires could be broken inside but still nothing..i also tried moving around the ground wire...still no luck.. i have checked everyhting over many many many times but i cant find the problem...so i dont know what else to do or check..

anyone got any idea of what it could be or what to do?

thanks to thos that help

is your ecu plugged in?
Are ALL of your grounds connected properly?
Both terminals on your battery tight?
