i just bought some kyb shocks and i didnt get the top nut or bushings can i use the stock nut and bushings?

Yes, You mean the top hats? Or "Upper Shock Mounts"

You can definately use them. If you notice any clicking or snapping noises coming from your rear shocks its because
your old bushings are starting to go, you can easily buy
new assemblies. But to answer your question yes you can.
