Help need ASAP!!
 
i've got a 91 civic dx, and did a swap to a d16y7. everything is wired and it turns over but wont start up. only one of my injectors is getting power and it's constant. i've got only 8.7 volts at the resistor box, and am wondering what i'm suppoed to have for power at the box....full 12 volts?
