is your pump priming?

what engine? stock motor? any work done to it? Are you getting spark? How did they test the distributor?

Are you hearing any ticking/clicking?

Dont listen to tow truck drivers, they think there mechanics. Easiest way to see whats wrong with it is check a couple of things, check the battery, check spark, and check fuel. With out those things your car wont start. These are just some things to look for

pull a spark plug out, attach it to the spark plug wire, and rest it on the valve cover. Have someone crank the engine over and see if there is any spark.

are you getting fuel? it's possible if you arent getting fuel.

Do what zeeman said. Ground the plug and crank her up.

Also if u have a voltmeter you can check your battery.

to check your starter use a voltmeter and check for voltage through your starter, your starter should always use source voltage, so before you do this check your battery to see if its putting out around 12.6V, and your starter should use right around there
