help with exhaust choice

Hey guys

Got a 97 civic sedan LX
and im looking to put a full cat back exhaust on.
im lookin for an exhaust that has a deep sound but also would like a removable baffle to quite it down when i need to.

Any suggestions for wat i should get?
On avg how much should i be looking to spend?
is there Somewhere where i can buy and install all in one spot?
Do i just need to buy the muffler and get a shop to do the rest of the piping for me?

anything u could tell me, or anywhere u can refer me let me kno
(yes i searched)

thx guys
triz

apexi world sport... a nice quiet low tone and no need to mess with a baffle......

or get a mugen twin loop replica like i did and get custom 2 1/4" or 2 1/2" pipe installed

get a quality muffler and a custom exhaust with resonator, then get a matched silencer, no sound at all..

my buddy has a real Mugen twin loop... one winter and it's rusting. and it IS REAL!! It was purchased from King Motorsports for about $500 USD for the axle-back alone. I'm totally losing faith in the Japanese corrosion testing

What's the Mugen TL made out of? It looks like stainless steel, why would it rust that fast?

Michigan winters I guess... it looks like stainless, I know. It was too dark and the exhaust was too dirty to tell where the rust started, but it's definitely there.

Where can someone take his civic to get a full exhaust job done?
I'm talking header to muffler - ideally a magnaflow setup.
Somewhere in the GTA?

My DC Sports cat-back is deep-toned though maybe a bit loud for some (never had any trouble with the police or anything)... AND unlike some of the other exhausts people mentioned, mine has been through 4 winters and is still as shiny as the day it was put on.

I'd also consider most of the other ones people have mentioned.

I have a spoon N1 axelback. It has the nicest, deepest tone but it is a bit loud. Good thing about it tho is that its not too flashy looking and it comes with a silencer.
I highly recommend it!!
