Help: Damper Forks Teg Vs Civic

ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ARE DIFFERENT???

WONDERING IF 3D GEN TEG DAMPER FORKS WILL FIT?

OR IF THEY ARE IN, WOULD IT RAISE THE CAR?????

92 bubbleback and 94 teg suspension????

we are dropping the car and for soome reason, withthe coilovers down to the max, the car doesnt get slammed....

could it be the fork???

ya, he's talking 'bout the fork that goes from the shock to the LCA.

and no, I dun think there is any height difference in the fork itself. what coilovers are they? Is the shock seated in the fork properly?

they are teins.....

its weird cuz we have it at the lowest setting and its not dumped.

what else can affect the height??? upper control arm???

you could just cut say an inch off the forks and weld them back together?? it'd give you the drop without comprimising the spring/shock assembly

Suspension Techniques makes drop forks for Civics. Why do you care if the car is 'dumped'. Some coilovers do not allow the susp to go that low since the upper control arm will hit the strut tower... causing severe damage. So rather than allow dumbasses to 'dump' their cars, the coilovers limit adjustability to a reasonable height.
