Tranny, Shifter rods, Standard ECU, Clutch and Flywheel Assembly, Proper tranny mounts or brackets, Shifter, shifter boot for inside of the car. Foot pedals, Clutch master and slave cylinder with line. A few minor things but thats about the just of it.

no worth doing for a 99. May as well sell your car and buy a manual. But if you really want to do it , use the search function on the top right , there are tons of post about this topic

good luck

except the EF is a cable clutch and the Ek is hydro. Other then that pretty much the same. I agree though, unless your shell is mint or you have a real sentimental attachment to it, I'd either sell and buy a standard one or keep it as it is and dd it and just get a second car to make a project outta. It been done and all but you really need to put a lot of time in and do it right. Your looking at either working under a dash for a while or removing it, kinda a pain, and I believe you need to weld in a part for the pedals to mount and I've seen converted cars break this and need to be towed in and have the dash removed to get in there and fix it properly so be sure to do it right the first time.
