Help----control arm stuck on shock!

The control arm is stuck on the koni coilover suspension…one side of the Control arm has been dislodged from the shock(not sure how they did it, I bought it that way) but the other side is stuck…bolt has siezed….any ideas on how to cut this off and remove the bolt?

Torch the bolt. Heat that **** up.

If you break the bolt the bushing must be replaced as well. Hard to tell what you mean by disloged though without seeing it.
