this afternoon im at this plaza and i was reversing to park. accidently while i was doin that i let go of ma clutch fast.... then this winding noise starts comning from the engine and im gettin scared so i turn it off i come back and the stick is stuck in reverse gear and i manage to pull it out so the noise goes away .. buttt i cant get it into anyother gear either ... any one have any ideas whatsss happening seems like the clutch to meee if any one has links to websites on how to install clutch on a 94 CIVIC SI COUPE.... thanks......[/img]

your clutch could be tost
could be the linkage because u say it won't go into gear
could be the pilot bearing
or the push bearing
where is the car know?

will it pop outta gear with the car turned off??
if yes then yer clutch or release bearing is toast (won't disengage)
if no then it's either internal or in your shifter arms

yea it pops out when its turned off aand anyone has a link for a clutch or a tranny for a 94 civic si 1.6 and intructions on how to change it

you would be better off taking it into a shop. with the proper tools i can be done in your garage, but its not exactly a sunday afternoon job.

im sure someone here can recommend you to shop in your area
