Help! CAI adjustment & hardware

Okay I finally got my CAI (that's another story - and thread)

But my '97 has another sensor as it's a B16A2 and it requires a hole for the IAT sensor, (those with 99-00 SIR will know what I'm talking about)

I need to know 2 things, 1. Can I just install it now and leave the sensor haning there and not do any danage to the engine?

2. Anyone with an AEM CAI on a B16A2? What size is the hole (the one before the tube that goes to the valve cover) and how is it mounted?

Anyone know where I can get mounting hardware for it?

I dont think you can just leave it hanging there because it's the o2 sensor. Why didnt you just get the proper CAI for your car?

Dude, it IS the proper CAI for the car.

A del Sol is rare enough let alone a '97 del Sol with a VTEC (different from the '96-'93)
AEM's not going to make a CAI JUST for this year and trim.

I asked AEM to drill it for me but the product left already. They said I need to drill it myself.

okay here's what AEM says:

"The AIT sensor must be installed prior to using the vehicle. the AIT sensor can be installed using a rubber grommet (local parts house). Take the sensor with you to find out what size grommet you need, once you have purchased the grommet then drill a hole in the pipe to accommodate the grommet, then install the grommet in the pipe and then install the AIT sensor,

Anyone know where I can go get this grommet from?

Anyone own an AEM intake that has this grommet?

Will speedtech have anything?
