help with cai

just installed me CAI yesterday but today when i was driving i noticed that when i brake the brake pumps back? i dunno if you know what i mean but yeah. checked the tires they're fine. any suggestions on what else it could be?

yeah it does have abs. but i dont think it works cause the abs light is on.

well abs brakes have a wierd pulsating when you push the pedal

yah i know it does that when my abs is working. but this is happening with jsut regular breaking.

did you disconnect or do anything to the vacuum lines when hooking up the crank case ventilator tube to the CAI

they were disconnected. and then reconnected. nothing was done to them.

maybe they wern't connected fully when you put them back, sometimes they will leak a bit

The abs unit is located near where the intake goes isn't it? Maybe you damaged it or lossened something. Check the abs unit.

any idea what the abs unit looks like? also now when i drive i hear a knocking sound.

a big aluminum block with 4 lines coming out of it and it would have a pump with it cant miss it while depending on what car its on
