Help!

Just finished a b16a2 swap into a 92 si hatch...the flanges on the downpipe from the b16 headers and my exhaust pipe (before cat) dont line up. the holes to bolt the pipes together aren't lined up...the flange on the exhaust pipe is straight and the flange on the downpipe is on an angle...anyone have experience with these swaps and know what i'm talking about? if so, please help me out and tell me how to deal with this...my first thought was to cut out one of the flanges and re-weld it to line up with the other one...is there any other options? any help would be greatly appreciated
