Quick_CX

i have a gsr swap in a cx hatch...i went to cayuga on friday....and it ran liek it usually shold on the track..but i could feel what seems like a fuel lacking cause at about 7000 there was a slight kick u cold feel as if more fuel was added.....and then on the way back to brampton it was running alright then when i finally got to brampton on normal roads at 6800 rpm the engine falls on its face liek almost as is a revlimmiter but nmore liek not enough fuel...gsr redlines at 8400, and mine is cutting me off at 6800 but when i stopped my car at buddis house for a hour or soo then started back up it wentall the way up to 8400 but when i drove it away it did the same thing...my geuss is i have a problem with teh fuel system somwhere...but i ain't sure....i am thinking the civic CX pump is not giing the gsr enough fuel...???? but then i wonder why consistantly at 6800 its cutting me off....and also MY VTCE does not come on and niether does the dual stage intake on the GSR.............PLEASE HELP..
