mines loose...and is making a rattling noise..does anyone have a pic of what it looks like or can they decribe it so i can tighten it....i dont have time to go and get it fixed (its not expensive...i'd jsutrather do it myself)...its happend once before and i got it done....thas why i know its the same noise...oh its a 96 lx

yea it's easy enough to take of, i dunno if it's easy to tighten up cause if yours is like mine, then the area around the 4 bolts that hold it up, the metal is totally dissolved, and so mine was held up by one stupid metal clip that someone had added on, i tried to get rid of the damned shield, but only the bottom fell off, so my rattles even more now! SO cRAP! i'll show u at the next meet i guess.

use a metal hose tie, that what I used and the rattling was gone instantly.
