head work to GSR

hey guys what do u tink will give some serious HP....
i was told that most of the vtec engines contains theyre power in the head...so therfore by doing some head work on it should increase the HP a LOT...
waht do you guys reccommend...thanksssss

give me 10 000 bux and I"ll get you some serious hp.........how much do you wanna spend and what are you usign it for...a basic upgrade woudl be ctr cams retainers and springs...wiht a vafc and cam gears for all the tuning...more woudl be skunk 2 stage 1's or crower's or todas...

if you want serious hp, go turbo... all motor wont get you serious hp just from the head.

what u mean by fuel upgrade?? a fpr? bigger injectors?
and whats vafc ?? but the rest do sound good...and yeah u would be one quik mfo with that work on a gs-r

both... fuel pump, anything to do with fuel.

vafc = Vtec Aif Fuel Controler... made by apex'i... you would have to get dyno tuned with that though.

might I suggest some nice ctr pistons to go with the cams....
but ya skunk 2 stage 1 cams with a p&p tuned good shoudl give you around 180 whp on a healthy motor...if you want real hp though as suggested go turbo....

I'll be waiting on the $ 10 000...
