If you're not a hardcore track racer, don't bother with aftermarket LCA's unless your stock ones are messed. As for a sway bar, if you got the money, go with the Comptech combo sway/tie bar. If not, I like the ITR bar with Beaks mounting kit.

The SRR are a nice bling factor when cars behind you see the nice anodized purple LCA, but apparently they're not really all that light compared to stock, and as for strength I cannot say, but a daily driver wouldn't seem to find much use for them
The Comptech/ST combo is great, but like SW20 said, the ITR + beaks kit is equally just as excellent, but the drawback is you don't get a nice shiney tie bar in that option

If you drive in the city a lot, beware of increased tail happy behaviour...I just did a SIR complete susp/brakes, so that included the sway bars too, but I haven't tested it yet. The GS-R bar doesn't mount using SIR endlinks...so beware of what you buy. And if you want a GSR bar...I have one for sale for $60 no endlinks, but have D-brackets.

I don't carry Comptech stuff, but you can probably expect to pay about $600 or so.
