ok i've been hearing different things from people i just want to udnerstand this


a stock h23 motor is non vtec

h22 is vtec


if yo have an h23 can oyu swap the head and make it vtec?

or would u do the whole motor to do so?

are the parts interchangable?

correct, H23VTEC is just like any other frankenstein engine, like a CRVTEC or LSVTEC.

exactly.. h22 swap package is $1950 at tiger japan.

When i did my first h22 swap, it was like $3,200.

0.1L of extra displacment for all the hassle, not worth it..
just find a H22A... or goto teknotik for the JDM... its 161 torque for jdm h22a's....
