hey man, just do a fully built LS...

just remember in stock trim, the LS will be beat me off the line, but for track use... id beg to differ on that one....

or a fully built B16, the longer tranny is what u want for track use...

plus u can pick up a B18B for cheap... heck man id even help u build it so i lcan learn myself as well hahahah

let me know if u need a LS motor, i got hook up with mechanics who can get shizat cheap.

lates

i can't support spending $2000 and only gain 10hp and 20 ft*lbs of torque... and still be stuck with long gearing..

for $900 more i get probably 60-70 more hp and at least 30- ft*lbs... plus a tight tranny with closer gearing then even yours

and like i said i want a reliable motor... built motors aren't reliable and if they are they cost money... and definately no turbo

Sure more options.. By the time you get it to equal the H22 in power and torque, it'll cost a lot more..

Still though, do what you feel comfortable with. It's ok to Fear the H22! heheh

cause i mean any straight point i'd have a huge advantage over most cars at the events... and the pull out of corners would be huge.... probably wouldn't hurt going large and getting the jdm type s tranny either

from my research so far you do have to cut a whole in the firewall and hammer a bit to make room for the alternator... so the engine bay gets as butchered as you make it...
I have an h22 in my EG, there is no cutting or banging what so ever into the firewall. The alternator is mounted on the front of the engine an not the back, the only thing that was takin out to make way for the engine was the ac, but even i could of kept it

Hey Khosh if you put a good resonator that rattle
will disapear...

If you decide to go for the two two do it right the first time...

Forget the Teg & Accord driveshaft combo if you like driving
it hard in 1st gear...it's just a matter of time...avoid the hassle and drive without worries...

Just go Chromoly if you can...then you can hit V tec in low gear ALL DAY LONG no problem...

I think a stock two two in a light bodied Honda is more than enough pwr to keep you happy on street legal tires and keeping that Honda realiability...keep it mostly stock like how the Honda engineers built it from the start and you'll have less problems...
you can run it hard all the time , plus with the less weight the engine is use to pulling , it's easier on the motor...

Sorry Khosh but stock suspension won't cut it with this swap...
way too much stress on them ...it's an OK ride...but can't run it too hard...you'll need a VERY STIFF SPRING and good SHOCKS...

Gotta jet la8tr

Good Luck
